The Biocube modular bio filtration system is the ideal solution for hydrogen sulphide abatement.

The patented organic compost based media with nutrients; adsorbents and PH inhibitors will remove more than 99% of hydrogen sulphide with average concentrations up to 600ppm and spikes of 1000ppm.

The media is contained within a series of shallow modular trays that minimise media compaction and channelling for even air distribution and maximum efficiency.

The media has a 3-5 year service life and the optimised system design means that only a fifth of the media of a conventional below ground system is required. The Biocube footprint is very small compared with other traditional bio filters.

Operation

The waste stream is pre-heated and pre-humidified within the moisture integrator section. The pre –treated waste stream is then pulled through a series of media filled shallow trays. A vacuum design ensures that harmful gasses cannot leak out of the system and with our fan being installed on the clean side of the filter to minimise corrosion.
